Kirti Choudhary is the founder of VogueStar Fashion Week, a women-led fashion and talent platform in India. With an MBA in Marketing & HR and experience across counselling, politics, administration, and event direction, she brings a multidimensional approach to leadership. After directing a national-level Miss/Mrs. India pageant in 2021, she launched VogueStar to create equal opportunities for women through structured runway exposure, professional grooming, and skill-based growth. Her vision is to build a national ecosystem where talent matters more than background.
